Managed Gaming Solutions Plc (former Mobile Gaming Solutions Plc) is founded. The company’s initial mission is to take care of international business development for JetBet Oy, and to commercialise the intellectual property rights of JetBet Oy.

The company reports a new patent listing (PCF/F12007/050111) which focuses on a new and innovative method to develop and sell online games.

JetBet Oy becomes a fully owned subsidiary of Managed Gaming Solutions Plc. The group is headquartered in London, UK and has offices in Helsinki and Oulu Finland.

MGS invests in the seed-finance round of FragTech AB, a start-up Swedish e-sport bookmaker.

Managed Gaming Solutions is listed on to the Open Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchanges and becomes a public company.

MGS invests in the seed financing round of Managed Advertising Solution Oy, a Finnish start-up Company focusing ad-financed gaming services and solutions.

“TPS Raffle” is started on August 30, 2007; MGS technology proves its viability for use.

The strategic partnership between MGS and Topgain Investments works on its first project in Romania in the area of licensed lotteries.

Managed Gaming Solutions acquires Tatami Holdings Ltd, entering into the new area of peer-to-peer (P2P) communications technology (DMTS).

MGS signs a definite agreement with Grupo MVTV C.A., a Venezuelan privately owned lottery operator acting under the brand name “Teleloteria SC”. The agreement covers SMS, TV and online based lottery and lottery-like products, and shall be extended to other money game TV formats.

MGS launches its first direct consumer-oriented (B2C) service in the UK. The service, marketed under the brand “PenceBids”, is an American-style all-pay online countdown auction.

The Caribbean Joint Venture starts its operations with a bingo service. Additional SMS lottery-type games will be added by the end of September 2008.

History
Managed Gaming Solutions (MGS) was formed in October 2006. The company – originally named Mobile Gaming Solutions – was initially established as the international business development arm of Finnish gaming technology innovator JetBet Oy. MGS was listed on the Frankfurt Open Market of the German Stock Exchange in May 2007, and approx. 20% of the shares are in free float. By end of 2008 MGS’s patented gaming platform is managing live commercial mobile services in several countries.
