Mr. Teppo Oranne, Member of Board, Interim Chairman of Board
Mr. Oranne has been building various interactive services within online and mobile industry since 1993. He has extensive experience in social media, internet communities and open source development communities.
Mr. Mika Kuusisto, Member of Board
Mr. Kuusisto has more than 12 years of sales and business development experience in the areas of mobile services, telecommunications and software. Mr. Kuusisto was heading international business development for MINICK Group, specializing some renowned entertainment brands with the biggest mobile network operator groups in EMEA. Prior to MINICK, he had been driving key strategic partnerships and new business initiatives for companies such as Nokia, Comptel and Fujitsu.

History
Managed Gaming Solutions (MGS) was formed in October 2006. The company – originally named Mobile Gaming Solutions – was initially established as the international business development arm of Finnish gaming technology innovator JetBet Oy. MGS was listed on the Frankfurt Open Market of the German Stock Exchange in May 2007, and approx. 20% of the shares are in free float. By end of 2008 MGS’s patented gaming platform is managing live commercial mobile services in several countries.
