We have a clear focus with our gaming offering. For SMS gaming, Managed Gaming Solutions focuses primarily on SMS Lotto and other simple, easy-to-play lottery-like number games as well fixed odd scratch card games.

Partnering with Established Industry Leaders

Our target customers are leading industry players in all of our target markets. Our geographical focus is purely in the Emerging Markets. These markets have the outlook for the highest growth in the mobile penetration, traditionally well established national lottery operations, SMS messaging is growing fast as the way to communicate, and the political climate is more flexible in terms of gaming on mobile handsets compared to the Western Markets. In these markets, we aim to partner with leading national lottery companies as well as leading private gaming operators that holds the license for governmentally approved/regulated services.

Strong Protection of Intellectual Property Rights

One of the cornerstones of the company’s strategy is to establish a strong protection for its technology and intellectual property rights. For all major gaming technology innovations, an international patent application has been filed to cover most important regions in the World. Our patent related efforts has started to pay off significantly, MGS received the first approvals for the patent EAPO (Eurasia) in December 2008.

Maintaining a Lean Organization Structure

To maintain cost efficiency, we hire to our pay roll only selected key management, core sales and marketing professionals in each target market as well as the core team for product development. In its international sales and marketing development, Managed Gaming Solutions largely retains expert regional consultants and advisors in each target market, either on a project by project or a long-term co-operation basis. Most of the gaming platform development as well as the actual game content development are or will be outsourced to trusted development partners in Finland and Latin America.

Company’s Focus Markets and Target Customers

Emerging Markets plays the key role in our roadmap for launching operations. In the first roll-out phase, Managed Gaming Solutions focuses its sales and marketing efforts on selected Latin American markets, Caribbean and African countries. We will establish both direct sales accounts with the end customers and build an extensive distribution partners network in the target markets.

In these regional markets, we focus on national lottery, gambling companies and leading private online gaming companies. We offer SMS mobile gaming solutions and services to these target customers. We also target leading international charity organizations and mobile network operators for white label solutions for their selected target groups/subscribers.

MGS has established responsible business practices, we understand the impact on society for operating lottery services. When providing technologies to the national lottery operators, we understand their requirements for responsible gaming and governmentally required audit and subscribers’ usage information. We continuously listen and respond to our stakeholders and within the available limits and resources plan changes to policy and practice.
