Managed Gaming Solutions Plc was founded in October 2006 to take care of the international business development for JetBet Oy, a Finnish company focusing on mobile gaming solutions, and to commercialize the patent application PCT/FI2004/000443 “Method for Gaming and Gaming System” owned by JetBet Oy.
Managed Gaming Solutions Plc and JetBet Oy formed as a consolidated group, with JetBet Oy becoming a fully owned subsidiary of Managed Gaming Solutions. JetBet Oy shares were acquired by Managed Gaming Solutions Plc with effect from January 15, 2007. The company is headquartered in London, UK and has offices in Helsinki and Oulu, Finland.
Additoinally, MGS Plc has entered into Joint Venture structures with strong local partners. MGS has offices in the following regions around the World: Peru, Surinam, Curacao, South Africa.
MGS Plc has opened a branch office for the UK Plc in Zurich, Switzerland, late in 2008. The Swiss office acts as the commercial hub for the international business activities from 2009 onwards.

History
Managed Gaming Solutions (MGS) was formed in October 2006. The company – originally named Mobile Gaming Solutions – was initially established as the international business development arm of Finnish gaming technology innovator JetBet Oy. MGS was listed on the Frankfurt Open Market of the German Stock Exchange in May 2007, and approx. 20% of the shares are in free float. By end of 2008 MGS’s patented gaming platform is managing live commercial mobile services in several countries.
