Managed Gaming Solutions Expands its Reach in Caribbean Region and Launches Mobile Lottery Services in Curacao

Managed Gaming Solutions Plc (“MGS”), a leading provider of mobile and interactive gaming solutions, today announced that MGS Caribbean N.V. (“MGSC”) has strengthen its position in the Caribbean region with the launch of interactive mobile lottery services in Curacao (Netherland Antilles). Operating partner is Sure Lottery, a local licensed lottery provider.

MGSC is a Joint Venture of MGS and Three Apple N.V., a Caribbean business development company, and is focusing on developing mobile and online gaming-related business opportunities in selected countries in the Caribbean region being part of the “CANTO” area. CANTO market area has about 16 million mobile subscribers today, which is expected to grow to almost 19 million subscribers by 2011.

The launch in Curacao follows the CANTO market entry in second half of 2008, when first interactive mobile bingo and mobile lotto services were launched in Surinam. The company is in a launch stage of further games in other countries of the region.
