Change of the date for the EGM

Managed Gaming Solutions Plc ("MGS"), a leading provider of mobile & interactive gaming and micropayment solutions, has changed the date for it’s Extraordinary General Meeting. The delay is due to the very recent implementation of the new Companies Act in the UK, that was introduced only 2 weeks ago on October 1, 2009.

The new date for the meeting is October 30, 2009, starting at 10am. Location remains the same as initially indicated, the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, Cumberland Room, 16 Park Crescent, London W1B 1AH, UK.
