Changes on the Board of Directors of MGS Plc

Managed Gaming Solutions Plc (“MGS”), a leading provider of mobile & interactive gaming and micropayment solutions, announced today that Mr. Turunen will step down from the Board of Directors for personal and family reasons as of today. Juha Kiikeri is acting as the interim Chairman of the Board of Directors until further notice.

“It has been an exciting year with the company. The past year was not easy but MGS has finally managed to make a turnaround from a heavy technology investment era into a positive cashflow generating company. It is time for me to focus now on family issues. I leave the company with a good feeling; and I am looking forward to hear of some positive developments from the company going into the year end.
