Managed Gaming Solutions expanding: MGS-Siberia started its operations

Managed Gaming Solutions Plc (“MGS”), a leading provider of mobile & interactive gaming and micropayment solutions, today announced to have successfully established a new Joint Venture named MGS-Siberia with Russian and Finnish entrepreneurs and private investors.

MGS-Siberia, based in Novosibirsk, is a mobile lottery technology provider that offers mobile gaming services for existing and new lottery and gaming license holders in the territory of the Russian Federation. The company aims to significantly leverage the proven MGS gaming technology, and further customize the existing gaming concepts based on the specific regional needs. MGS-Siberia successfully started its operations in November 2009.

The Joint Venture will be key to advancing and strengthening the company‟s strategic focus in the Eurasian region and will benefit from patent rights which MGS has already granted for its „Method for Gaming and Gaming System‟.

The Board of Directors of MGS-Siberia has appointed Ms. Elena Timofeeva as a CEO of MGS-Siberia. She comes with a wealth of experience from the casino and gaming industry, having headed the largest land-based casino network in Novosibirsk for the past 10 years.
