In the simplest of terms – MGS delivers the system, instructs in its use and then makes sure it stays up and running in mint condition.
All technical operation and maintenance of Jetbet™ systems is provided by MGS. Expert teams monitor the hardware and software remotely, receiving real-time alerts of any anomaly. They remedy problems and dispatch spare parts well before anyone else even notices. The latest additional security measures are always applied as soon as they become available.
Second- and third tier support for using the system are also part of the service level agreement. Customers are never further than a phone call away from expert advice.
Bespoke Games
Backed by a network of development partners retained on contract MGS is fast to respond to requests for new development. Projects to create new gaming concepts can be entirely the customer’s intellectual property or a joint project where costs are also shared.
