Peru – “El Pregunton”

In Peru, Corporacion Galena S.A.C., launched a game called “El Pregunton” in mid 2008. By answering simple and humorous quiz questions, the audience entered a daily draw of attractive prizes. The game, designed as a pilot campaign, received over half a million entries during its month of operation.
Galena also holds a license for mobile lottery, preparing to launch it in early 2009.
Suriname “Bingo” and “CrazyLotto”

In Suriname, MGS’ Caribbean partner started a staged roll-out of games in August of 2008. The first product was a classic Bingo game with daily televised draws. With well-placed marketing, the first ever draw already had close to ten thousand tickets bought.
Soon thereafter lottery draws were added to the mix under the name “CrazyLotto”. Both games have an enthusiastic host on TV and they’ve become household names.
To date, over 33,000 unique players have bought tickets to the games – constituting a whopping seven percent of the entire population!
